Analisis Rembesan Pada Bendungan Sindang Heula Menggunakan Metode Seepage Index dan Kriteria Tinggi Bendungan (In Press)

Rembesan pada bendungan merupakan ancaman serius terhadap keamanan bendungan, dengan 47% kegagalan bendungan disebabkan erosi internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kondisi rembesan Bendungan Sindang Heula dengan metode seepage index dan kriteria tinggi bendungan menggunakan data instrumentasi lapangan. Data tekanan air pori dari Embankment Piezometer dan debit rembesan dari V-Notch dikumpulkan selama Januari 2020–Juni 2025. Analisis regresi linier diterapkan pada V-Notch dengan data tersaring curah hujan. Evaluasi menggunakan kriteria tinggi bendungan menunjukkan debit rembesan pada kondisi rendah, normal, dan maksimal masing-masing 0,034, 0,275, dan 0,323 liter/menit/meter, dengan status aman hingga antara (ambang batas ketidakamanan pada 0,56 liter/menit/meter). Metode Seepage Index menghasilkan nilai QI sebesar 0,025 (rendah), 0,039 (normal), dan 0,042 (maksimal), jauh di bawah ambang kritis (QI < 1). Kedua metode mengkonfirmasi Bendungan Sindang Heula dalam kondisi aman dengan integritas baik dan tidak berisiko terhadap piping atau erosi internal dalam jangka operasional saat ini.
