Manajemen Risiko Untuk Keberlanjutan Infrastruktur Publik Melalui BIM dan Teknologi Industri 4.0 (In Press)

Transformasi digital melalui penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) dan teknologi Industri 4.0 semakin dipandang sebagai strategi penting untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan risiko dan kinerja keberlanjutan proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan BIM dan adopsi teknologi Industri 4.0 terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan proyek dengan pengurangan risiko konstruksi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 120 profesional yang terlibat dalam proyek infrastruktur publik yang dilaksanakan oleh kontraktor BUMN di Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa BIM (β = 0,341; p = 0,006) dan teknologi Industri 4.0 (β = 0,512; p < 0,001) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengurangan risiko konstruksi (R² = 0,730). Pengurangan risiko juga berpengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan proyek (β = 0,818; p < 0,001; R² = 0,626). Efek tidak langsung BIM dan teknologi Industri 4.0 terhadap keberlanjutan melalui pengurangan risiko terbukti lebih dominan dibandingkan efek langsungnya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengurangan risiko merupakan jalur utama yang menghubungkan transformasi digital dengan keberlanjutan proyek infrastruktur publik.
