Abstract

Meningkatkan ikatan (Bond) antara bata dan mortar sangatlah penting. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan kekuatan pasangan dinding terutama bila terjadi gaya geser seperti gempa. Oleh sebab itu beberapa peneliti melakukan penelitian tentang ikatan (Bond) antara bata dan mortar dengan bermacam-macam variabel yang diberikan, misalnya pengaruh daya hisap air, cara pemasangan bata dan lain-lain, hasil penelitian tersebut dari beberapa penelitian yang berbentuk ringkasan.
