Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (P2M) ini telah dilaksanakan untuk guru-guru SMA yang tergabung dalam MGMP Kimia Jakarta Timur 1, DKI Jakarta pada tanggal 1 september 2022 di SMAN 61 Jakarta. Program pelatihan dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pendahuluan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Pada tahap pendahuluan, dilakukan analisis kebutuhan berupa pengumpulan data mengenai perlunya mengembangkan bahan ajar kinetika kimia dan termokimia selama pandemi COVD-19 bagi guru-guru SMA di Wilayah Jakarta Timur DKI Jakarta. Tahap kedua, tahap Pelaksanaan, dimana program pelatihan dilaksanakan secara hybrid yaitu berupa online dan offline training menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, simulasi, penugasan, dan pengamatan terhadap keterampilan peserta pelatihan. Pada tahap ketiga atau disebut tahap evaluasi. Evaluasi program pelatihan dilakukan secara menyeluruh terhadap unsur materi, pelatih, dan peserta pelatihan. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran guru-guru SMA dalam menyampaikan materi bahan ajr kinetika kimia dan termokimia kepada peserta didik. Selain itu juga terlihat ada beberapa guru yang secara inovatif memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai bahan pembelajaran di sekolah untuk peserta didik.
