Abstract

ABSTRACT
The study was conducted with a view to analyzing the need for a jobsheet development of land - based
scientific practices that fit Indonesia's national competence (SKKNI) of the Building Engineering
Education Study Program Engineering Department at the State University of Jakarta.. This research uses
quantitative descriptive research method, the data analysis of the need for research is obtained through the
student population of the Building Engineering education study program for the Jakarta State University
with a sample number of 37 students who have completed a course in surveyors. Data analysis techniques
use questionnaires and literatur review. Comes from the analysis of needs there are some problems that
students obtain during the learning activities process, which is 1) the steps on the jobsheet are not easily
understood 2) students don’t know the existence of skkni in terms of a lack of awareness of the importance
of performance, and 3) students need to develop a jobsheet that matches SKKNI. Thus, it could be concluded
that the correct expansion of a jobsheet of earth-based practice corresponding to SKKNI
would be required.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan terkait pengembangan jobsheet
praktik ilmu ukur tanah I yang sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) di
Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini
menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, data analisis kebutuhan penelitian ini diperoleh
melalui populasi mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Negeri Jakarta
dengan jumlah sampel 37 mahasiswa yang telah menyelesaikan mata kuliah ilmu ukur tanah I. Teknik
analisis data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi literatur. Didapatkan berdasarkan hasil analisis
kebutuhan terdapat beberapa kendala yang diperoleh mahasiswa saat proses kegiatan pembelajaran, yaitu
1) langkah-langkah kerja pada lembar kerja belum mudah dipahami, 2) mahasiswa belum mengetahui
adanya SKKNI dalam artian kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya kompetensi kinerja, dan 3) mahasiswa
memerlukan adanya pengembangan jobsheet yang sesuai dengan standar yaitu SKKNI. Dengan demikian,
dapat disimpulan bahwa diperlukan pengembangan jobsheet praktik ilmu ukur tanah yang sesuai dengan
SKKNI.
