PENINGKATAN KREATIVITAS MELALUI PENDEKATAN INQUIRI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SAINS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in children's creativity drawing and playing
with clay through the inquiry approach to learning science. the study involved 10 children from
kindergarten group B as the respondent. Research carried out by using the method of action
research spiral cyrcle model developed by Kemmis & Taggart and successfully in two cycles. data
score of the child's creativity collected through the performence of early assessment and
assessment of each the end of the cycles. data score of the child's creativity improvement was
analyzed using descriptive statistics. the results show that: (1) the creativity of drawing between
cycles has increased, which is an average score of the pre-action (span style="font-family: CambriaMath;font-size:6pt;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;">� = 48,10), first cyrcle (span style="font-family: CambriaMath;font-size:6pt;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;">� =
50,00) and second cyrcle or post-action (span style="font-family: CambriaMath;font-size:6pt;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;">� = 53,60); and (2) the creativity of playing with clay
between cycles increased, which is an everage score on the pre-actions (span style="font-family: CambriaMath;font-size:6pt;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;">� = 45,00) first cyrcle
(span style="font-family: CambriaMath;font-size:6pt;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;">� = 48,05) and second cyrcle or post-action (span style="font-family: CambriaMath;font-size:6pt;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;">� = 54,00)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas menggambar dan
bermain dengan tanah liat melalui pendekatan inkuiri dalam pembelajaran sains. Penelitian ini
melibatkan 10 anak-anak, kelompok TK B sebagai responden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan
menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan, model yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis & Taggart
dan berhasil dalam dua siklus. Skor data kreativitas anak dikumpulkan melalui performence
penilaian awal dan penilaian setiap akhir siklus. Skor data peningkatan kreativitas anak dianalisis
menggunakan statistik deskriptif. hasil menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kreativitas gambar antara siklus
telah meningkat, yang merupakan nilai rata-rata pra tindakan (x1 = 48,10), siklus pertama (x2 =
50,00) dan siklus kedua atau pasca-tindakan (x3 = 53,60), dan (2) kreativitas bermain dengan tanah
liat antar siklus meningkat, yang merupakan skor everage pada pra-tindakan (x4 = 45,00) siklus
pertama (x5 = 48,05) dan siklus kedua atau pasca-tindakan (x6 = 54,00)
