Lililacs was commenced public in November 2020 with its first issue published in January 2021. The name of Lililacs stands for English Literature, Language and Cultural Studies which portrays its goal to contribute to the development of the study of English literature, language and cultural studies. Lililacs is published under Institute of Research and Community Services (Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat), Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Lililacs is published in electronic version with e-ISSN 2807-8845.
