Once a manuscript is submitted to the journal system, an initial screening is conducted to ensure the following:
The topic and content of the manuscript align with the journal’s scope and focus,
The manuscript follows the required formatting and writing guidelines (template),
And to filter out manuscripts that are substantively or technically unsuitable for the peer-review process.
This journal implements a double-blind peer review system, in which neither the authors nor the reviewers are aware of each other's identities throughout the review process.
This procedure is designed to ensure objectivity and minimize potential bias in the assessment of scientific work. All manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be assigned to reviewers who have expertise in the relevant field. The authors' identities will be anonymized before the manuscript is sent to reviewers.
All communication between authors and reviewers is managed entirely by the editorial team. Reviewers are given a maximum of two weeks to complete their evaluation, and one week to assess revised manuscripts. Time extensions may be granted upon special request.
After the peer review process is complete, the final decision on a manuscript is made by the responsible editor, as listed on the Editorial Board page. Based on reviewers’ evaluations and editorial judgment, the editor may choose one of the following decisions:
Accept the manuscript without revision,
Request revisions from the author (minor or major),
Reject the manuscript,
Seek additional input from another reviewer, if necessary.
If there is any indication of plagiarism or violation of publication ethics, the editorial team will conduct further verification using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin.
