1. General Principles
Hayula: Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Islamic Studies acknowledges that artificial intelligence (AI) technologies may be used as supportive tools in scholarly writing. However, their use must uphold academic integrity, transparency, and scholarly responsibility.
2. Use of AI by Authors
- AI tools may be used to assist with language editing, grammar, and clarity of writing.
- AI must not be used to generate the core intellectual content of a manuscript, including analysis, data interpretation, or conclusions, without proper verification by the authors.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring that all content is accurate, original, and free from plagiarism.
3. Disclosure Requirement
Any use of AI in the preparation of a manuscript must be clearly disclosed within the article (e.g., in the methods section or a dedicated statement). Authors retain full responsibility for the content of the manuscript.
4. Authorship Limitation

- The evaluation process must be conducted independently based on academic expertise and publication ethics.
6. Integrity and Ethics
