Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of human resource development through education and training methods and to be able to find out the impact of the implementation of human resource development for companies. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by describing and analyzing problems related to human resource development. Primary and secondary data are the basis for qualitative research. The primary data of this study was obtained through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from books, previous research, and related scientific articles. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the Lembaga National Single Window has implemented a human resource development program through education and training methods. However, from the program for education and training planning, it is carried out at the same time as planning budget needs and adjusted to the needs of the organization, not just in organizing education and training programs. Thus, this study shows that human resource development can be beneficial for companies, such as motivating employees to participate in training held by external parties to increase employee value, companies are expected to discuss more intensively with all units and involve leaders to better synchronize organizational needs with individual development needs and appropriate types of education and training.
