Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Bukiweb Office Application at PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk

Along with the development of the times and technological advancements, the world has experienced significant changes that have involved almost all aspects of human life. This transformation has created a landscape dominated by efficiency, openness, and superior service quality. Office applications have become the backbone of human resource management, enabling centralized and structured storage of employee data. The implementation of the Bukiweb Office Application is not only an effort to automate administrative tasks, but also a strategy to accelerate the recruitment and performance management process. This research was conducted at PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk with the aim of determining the effectiveness of the Bukiweb Office Application used by employees of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method and the data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, literature studies and documentation. The effectiveness of using the Bukiweb Office Application is assessed using five indicators, namely program success, target achievement, program satisfaction, input and output levels and overall goal achievement. Of the five indicators, all have been met, so it can be concluded that the use of the Bukiweb Office Application has achieved satisfactory effectiveness.
