ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN (NEED ASSESSMENT) PENGEMBANGAN WEB BASED LEARNING DI FAKULTAS ILMU SOSIAL, UNIVERSITAS NEGERI JAKARTA

Web based learning merupakan bentuk pembelajaran konvensional yang dituangkan dalam format digital melalui teknologi internet. Oleh karena itu web based learning memperkuat model pembelajaran konvensional. Disinilah perlunya model pembelajaran web based learning diterapkan sebagai alternatif pengembangan kegiatan pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa. Namun menurut para dosen kendala yang dihadapi saat menerapkan web based learning, yaitu: Tidak semua dosen menguasai pengelolaan website, sehingga perlu tim tersendiri yang mengunggah bahan ajar ke web based learning; Pembuatan website yang memerlukan waktu yang cukup banyak; Ketersediaan fasilitas wi-fi area kelas dan fakultas tidak memadai, sehingga dosen menugaskan mahasiswa untuk mengakses web based learning ini dirumah masing – masing maupun warnet serta yang terkoneksi internet; dan Koneksi internet yang tidak lancar sehingga membuat tayangan video pembelajaran agak sedikit terhambat saat ditampilkan di website.
