Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires people to care more about health. Like people who work as medical personnel in various health agencies. The need for personal protective equipment (PPE is increasing. These medical workers can be covered in the source. Through training on the intensity of wearing a head mask and based on the request for the use of a head mask, it is necessary to help with headgear products for medical workers. Community service activities are carried out in the form of presenting headgear to medical personnel. In addition, there is a tutorial for headmask products. people who work as medical workers in Rawamangun Village, East Jakarta

 

Abstrak

Pandemi Covid-19 mengharuskan masyarakat untuk lebih perduli akan kesehatan. Seperti halnya masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai tenaga medis di berbagai instansi Kesehatan. Kebutuhan akan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD semakin meningkat. Tenaga kerja medis mengenakan penutup kepala dalam bertugas. Melalui pengamatan akan tingginya intensitas pemakaian headmask dan berdasarkan permintaan akan pentingnya penggunaan headmask, maka diperlukan bantuan berupa produk headmask untuk para tenaga kerja medis tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, maka perlu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dalam bentuk pemberian penutup kepala kepada para tenaga medis. Selain itu, terdapat tutorial pembuatan produk headmask. Pelaksanaan pembuatan penutup kepala ini dilakukan oleh dosen dengan beberapa mahasiswa sebagai wadah untuk pengaplikasian ilmu yang dimiliki. Produk yang telah dibuat didistribusikan melalui Kelurahan untuk selanjutnya dapat disalurkan kepada masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai tenaga kerja medis di Kelurahan Rawamangun Jakarta Timur
