Abstract

Moderate Islamic education plays a strategic role in shaping the character of young people to be tolerant, inclusive, and able to adapt to the dynamics of a multicultural society in the digital age. The social reconstruction approach in the Islamic education curriculum, as implemented at Madrasah Diniyah Al Mahrusiyah III, emphasizes the importance of moral learning that not only emphasizes intellectual aspects, but also applicable moral and social values. Through contextual learning methods and the use of digital technology, moderate Islamic education is able to strengthen the values of diversity, justice, and social harmony. This study confirms that the integration of moral values based on social reconstruction and digital technology can prepare students to become individuals with integrity, tolerance, and the ability to contribute positively to a complex multicultural society.
