Penentuan Zona Resiko Bencana Banjir ROB Berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis di Wilayah Jakarta Utara

Tidal Flooding, Geographic Information Systems, Risk Zoning, Disaster Mitigation, North JakartaAbstract
Tidal flooding is a flood that occurs regularly on the coast of North Jakarta due to rising sea
levels, land subsidence, and uncontrolled urbanization. Using Geographic Information Systems
(GIS), this study aims to map zones vulnerable to tidal flooding. The level of vulnerability of the area
is determined through spatial analysis of secondary data including elevation maps, rainfall, coastline
distance, and land use. Penjaringan and Pademangan sub-districts are considered to have high risk,
while Kelapa Gading, Koja, and Cilincing are considered to have medium to low risk. Mitigation
needs to be carried out through strengthening flood control infrastructure, mangrove restoration, and
implementing disaster management policies based on GIS risk zoning maps. To improve coastal
resilience, adaptive spatial planning is needed, according to this study.
