Abstract

This study aims to examine the distribution pattern of RPTRA in Cakung and Cilincing by
considering road networks and population density. The Nearest Neighbor Analysis (NNA)
method was used to identify whether the RPTRA locations tend to be dispersed or
clustered. Results show that RPTRA in Cakung are more spread out (NNR 1.4422), while
in Cilincing they are more clustered (NNR 0.8270). These findings suggest that public
space distribution is still uneven. Road conditions and dense settlements influence access
to RPTRA. This study highlights the need to consider spatial factors in future planning so
that public facilities can reach more communities fairly.
