This study explores the integration of business communication learning with practical entrepreneurship activities through the "Wira Wiri UNJ" program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Grounded in Lasswell’s communication model and theories of entrepreneurial education, the research highlights how the development of information and communication technology has influenced business communication practices. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews with four students from the 2022 Communication Studies cohort who participated in the program. The findings reveal that Wira Wiri UNJ significantly contributed to changing students’ mindsets about entrepreneurship—from seeing it as a simple transactional activity to understanding it as a strategic and multi-faceted process involving planning, marketing, capital management, and continuous learning. The program also demonstrated the effectiveness of interactive communication between mentors and students, emphasizing two-way learning and practical knowledge transfer. Mentors with credible entrepreneurial backgrounds played a key role in facilitating learning through a combination of theoretical explanation, direct practice, and ongoing feedback. The study concludes that Wira Wiri UNJ serves as an effective and complementary platform to formal entrepreneurship education, fostering students' entrepreneurial competencies and enhancing their readiness to enter the business world.
