PENERAPAN ALAT PEMILAH SAMPAH PLASTIK DIDESA SIDODADI KECAMATAN NGANTANG GUNA MENYUKSESKAN PROGRAM INDONESIA BERSIH

Abstract

Sidodadi village is a village located in Ngantang District, Malang Regency which is about 47.5 km from UM with a distance of about 120 minutes using a motorized vehicle. At this time Sidodadi Village is trying to carry out village development in terms of centralized waste disposal (TPA). Sidodadi Village still does not have a centralized TPA, so far the final disposal is done independently. The construction of this initial TPA was used to accommodate the final disposal of one hamlet first as a pilot material for the other 6 hamlets. The waste that is accommodated by the TPA, apart from waste from residents, also comes from the market around the Sekar Hamlet area. The village person in charge hopes that the waste obtained can be recycled, so that it can increase the benefits of this TPA construction. It is also hoped that the TPA will be able to accommodate the disposal of 7 Hamlets later. Therefore, to overcome this anxiety, the Malang State University community service team made a plastic waste sorting device using a hydrolink with various geometric configurations to help reduce problems related to plastic waste in Sidodadi Village. Plastic waste is a type of waste that is very difficult to decompose, recycling is an effective thing to overcome the problem of plastic waste. This activity is expected to create an appropriate plastic waste sorting tool and in accordance with the needs of Sidodadi Village; the creation of an effective, efficient and useful waste disposal system; creating public awareness about the importance of centralized waste disposal; and managers/administrators appointed by the Village become more aware and able to use tools, and their performance (optimal) can be helped by the existence of these tools. So that the people in Sidodadi Village have a more comfortable, calm and peaceful environment because the waste problem can be resolved.

Desa sidodadi merupakan desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Ngantang, Kabupaten Malang yangberjarak sekitar 47,5 km dari UM dengan jarak tempuh sekitar 120 menit menggunakan kendaraan bermotor. Pada saat ini Desa Sidodadi tengah berusaha melakukan pembangunan desa dalam hal sentralisasi pembuangan sampah (TPA). Desa Sidodadi masih belum memiliki TPA tersentral, selama ini pembuangan akhir dilakukan secara mandiri. Pembangunan TPA awal ini digunakan untuk menampung pembungan akhir dari satu Dusun terlebih dahulu sebagai bahan percontohan untuk 6 dusun yang lain. Sampah yang ditampung oleh TPA ini selain sampah dari warga juga berasal dari pasar sekitar Daerah Dusun Sekar. Penganggung jawab desa berharap agar sampah yang diperoleh dapat di daur ulang, sehingga dapat menabah manfaat dari pembangunan TPA ini. Juga diharapkan TPA mampu menampung pembuangan dari 7 Dusun Nantinya. Oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi keresahan tersebut timpengabdian masyarakat Universitas Negeri Malang membuat alat pemilah sampah plastik mengunakan hidrolink dengan berbagai konfigurasi geometrik untuk membantu mengurangi permasalahan terkaitsampah Plastik di Desa Sidodadi. Sampah plastik merupakan jenis ampah yang sangat susah untuk mengurai, daur ulang adalah hal yang efektif utuk mengatasi permasalahan terhadap sampah plastik. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat terciptanya alat pemilah sampah plastik yang tepat guna dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan Desa Sidodadi; terciptanya sistem pembuangan sampah yang efektif,efisien dan bermafaat; terciptanya keperdulian masyarakat tentang pentingnya pembuangan sampah yang terpusat; dan pengelola/ pengurus yang ditunjuk oleh Desa menjadi lebih paham dan mampu menggunakan alat, serta dapat terbantu kinerjanya (optimal) dengan keberadaan alat tersebut. Sehingga masyarakat di Desa Sidodadi memiliki lingkungan yang lebih nyaman, tenang dan damai karena masalah sampah tersebut bisa teratasi.
