Post Publication Discussions

PLPB recognizes that academic publication is not the end of scholarly discourse, but rather a step in the continuous process of scientific inquiry. We strongly encourage readers, researchers, and the broader academic community to engage in constructive, evidence-based post-publication discussions.

The journal welcomes the submission of formal "Letters to the Editor" or brief scholarly commentaries that present substantive critiques, highlight methodological concerns, or offer alternative interpretations of articles recently published in the journal. Upon receiving a valid critique, the editorial board will review the submission for academic merit and tone. If deemed appropriate for publication, the editors will notify the authors of the original article and invite them to write a formal "Author’s Reply," ensuring a balanced, fair, and transparent scientific debate. If post-publication discussions uncover critical errors, the journal will initiate the correction or retraction process accordingly.
