Kebocoran Data PDNS Analisis Strategi Komunikasi Krisis Pemerintah Berdasarkan Image Repair Theory

Kebocoran data di Pusat Data Nasional dan Statistik (PDNS) merupakan isu serius yang menimbulkan kekhawatiran publik terhadap keamanan informasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemerintah dalam menangani krisis kebocoran data menggunakan pendekatan Image Repair Theory (IRT). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis konten terhadap 37 video berita dari kanal YouTube KompasTV, yang mengidentifikasi dan mengkategorikan pernyataan pemerintah dalam 14 sub-strategi IRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat strategi yang paling dominan adalah Corrective Action, Defeasibility, Good Intentions, dan Bolstering. Corrective Action muncul sebagai strategi utama, mencerminkan komitmen pemerintah untuk
memperbaiki situasi. Sementara itu, Defeasibility digunakan untuk mengalihkan tanggung jawab atas insiden kebocoran kepada faktor eksternal. Good Intentions menekankan niat baik pemerintah dalam melindungi data publik, dan Bolstering memperkuat citra positif pemerintah dengan menyoroti keberhasilan sebelumnya. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan strategi komunikasi yang proaktif dan transparan dalam membangun kepercayaan publik selama krisis. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi praktik komunikasi krisis di sektor publik dan membuka peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai pengelolaan komunikasi pemerintah di masa depan.
