About the Journal

The Proceedings of ICGSB 2026 compile selected scholarly papers presented at the Doctoral Research Presentation & International Conference on Global Social & Business Transformation, held on April 16–18, 2026, in a hybrid format (onsite and online). The conference was collaboratively organized by the Philippine Women’s University (PWU), the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law (FISH), Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia (UNIPI), Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor, and Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon.

 

Carrying the theme “Global Social & Business Transformation: Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategic Leadership in the Digital Era,” this proceeding presents interdisciplinary research addressing contemporary challenges in business innovation, sustainability practices, digital transformation, strategic leadership, financial resilience, entrepreneurship ecosystems, social and humanities perspectives in business, and educational development.

The published papers represent contributions from doctoral students, academics, researchers, industry practitioners, and policymakers across various national and international institutions. Each manuscript has undergone a review and editorial process to ensure academic rigor, relevance, and contribution to current global discourse.

This volume serves as a scholarly platform that documents emerging ideas, theoretical advancements, and applied research findings that support sustainable and strategic transformation in an increasingly digital and interconnected world. The proceedings aim to foster academic collaboration, strengthen international research networks, and contribute to knowledge development in social and business transformation studies.
