  Proceedings of ICGSB 2026, Vol. 01, No. 01 presents a collection of 20 scholarly articles addressing contemporary challenges and transformations across business, management, tourism, healthcare, technology, and organizational studies. Reflecting the conference theme, “Global Social & Business Transformation: Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategic Leadership in the Digital Era,” this inaugural volume explores how organizations and communities respond to rapid technological change while strengthening sustainability, resilience, competitiveness, and stakeholder value.
