This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained by observing, interviewing, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and research-related articles. The purpose of this research is to analyze and understand the role of digital public relations at Bawaslu DKI Jakarta, a government institution responsible for monitoring the election process. It aims to comprehend the effectiveness of digital public relations strategies in enhancing transparency and integrity of the institution in the eyes of the public, as well as to identify challenges and obstacles faced by Bawaslu DKI Jakarta in implementing these strategies to build public trust. This research provides insights into the role of digital public relations in increasing public trust, focusing on Bawaslu DKI Jakarta (the General Election Supervisory Agency) as a case study. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how Bawaslu uses digital public relations to maintain public trust and safeguard its reputation in the public eye.
