Based on the agreement with the journal policy and the author, as for all article licenses in this journal, all licenses are granted, the JISAE (Journal of Indonesian Student Assessment and Evaluation) allow the author(s) to hold the copyright without restrictions and allow the author(s) to retain publishing rights without restrictions. Also, the owner of the commercial rights to the article is the author.

JISAE (Journal of Indonesian Student Assessment and Evaluation) has CC-BY NC SA or an equivalent license as the optimal license for the publication, distribution, use, and reuse of scholarly work.

In developing strategy and setting priorities, JISAE (Journal of Indonesian Student Assessment and Evaluation)recognize that free access is better than priced access, libre access is better than free access, and libre under CC-BY NC SA or the equivalent is better than libre under more restrictive open licenses. We should achieve what we can when we can. We should not delay achieving freedom to achieve libre, and we should not stop with freedom when we can achieve libre.

The author/authors reserve the right without the agreement by the editorial board:

  1. To use the whole materials of the article or partly for educational purposes.
  2. To use the materials of the article in whole or in part for writing dissertations.
  3. To use the article to prepare abstracts, conference reports, presentations.
  4. To place article’s electronic copies (including the final electronic version downloaded from the official website of the collection) on: (a) personal web resources of all authors (web sites, web pages, blogs, etc.); (b) web resources of agencies where authors work (including electronic institutional repositories); (c) non-commercial open source web resources.

This license permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium for non-commercial purposes only, provided the original work and source is appropriately cited. Any original derivative must be distributed under the same license as the original.
