ABSTRACT
Advances in technology and information have made many companies or businesses run digital public relations activities with the help of the internet by utilizing social media. The goal to be achieved in this research is to see the results of the analysis of the use of digital public relations media in creating interactions with followers on Instagram @bloomka_id. The analysis method that the researcher uses is descriptive qualitative research is carried out more on someone's opinion about an object of research with interview data collection techniques from sources representing the Bloomka company which has the task of acquiring Bloomka's digital media, one of which is Instagram social media.

ABSTRAK
Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi membuat banyak perusahaan atau pembisnis menjalankan kegiatan kehumasan secara digital dengan bantuan internet dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk melihat hasil analisis pemanfaatan media humas digital dalam menciptakan interaksi dengan followers di Instagram @bloomka_id. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif penelitian yang dilakukan lebih kepada pendapat seseorang tentang suatu objek penelitian dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara narasumber yang mewakili perusahaan Bloomka yang mempunyai tugas mengoleh media digital Bloomka yang salah satunya adalah media sosial Instagram.
