Partisipasi perempuan di Indonesia pada angkatan kerja terlebih lagi pada perempuan yang sudah berkeluarga tidak bisa dibilang sedikit. Ibu yang bekerja memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar, yaitu tanggung jawab pada pekerjaannya dan juga tanggung jawab pada peran keluarganya. Ibu yang bekerja perlu melakukan manajemen pengasuhan anak, yaitu mengatur antara bekerja di luar kegiatan rumah tangga dan kegiatan pengasuhan anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui cara ibu yang bekerja dalam mengurangi permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pengasuhan anak usia dini dalam berbagai studi yang meneliti tentang hal ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang dilakukan melalui pencarian dan pengumpulan referensi teori dilanjutkan dengan menganalisisnya. Ada 33 studi terdahulu yang mendeskripsikan manajemen pengasuhan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manajemen pengasuhan anak pada ibu yang bekerja terkait dengan manajemen waktu, manajemen keluarga, manajemen pekerjaan, dan manajemen pengasuhan.
The participation of women in Indonesia’s workforce even more so for married women cannot be said to be little. Working mothers have greater responsibility than the non working mothers, that is, responsibility for their work and also responsibility for their family roles. Working mothers need to do childcare management, which is to arrange between work outside household activities and childcare activities. This research was conducted to find out how working mothers minimize the problems that occur in early childhood care in various articles that disscuss this matters. The research method used was literature study which carried out through searching and gathering theoretical references followed by analyzing them. There are 33 studies which describes childcare management of working mothers. This study found that childcare management of working mothers related to time, family, work and care management.
