In this edition, our journal presents a series of articles that address various important issues in the fields of education and community development. From optimizing community learning opportunities through training programs in non-formal educational institutions to analyzing the digital capabilities of youth, each article offers in-depth and relevant insights. Research on the use of video media in education and the implementation of online learning management programs also illustrates how technology can enhance the learning experience. We hope this publication serves not only as a source of information but also sparks discussions and further collaboration in the pursuit of advancing education in Indonesia.
In this edition, there are various interesting articles that are relevant to the development of the world of education. The first article discusses the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction. Then there is an article that describes the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka programme in Indonesia.
Not to forget, one of the articles analyses the effectiveness of SmartBoard interactive learning innovations in schools. In addition, there is also an article evaluating the virtual learning environment. Not only that, we also feature articles on the influence of brand image and education costs on parents' decisions in choosing schools.
