In this edition, there are various interesting articles that are relevant to the development of the world of education. The first article discusses the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction. Then there is an article that describes the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka programme in Indonesia.

Not to forget, one of the articles analyses the effectiveness of SmartBoard interactive learning innovations in schools. In addition, there is also an article evaluating the virtual learning environment. Not only that, we also feature articles on the influence of brand image and education costs on parents' decisions in choosing schools.
