The professionalism of early childhood educators is the attitude of early childhood educators who seek to improve their abilities professionally in educating early childhood. Early childhood education is the beginning of higher education and is the key in improving the quality of the nation. In order to create quality children, it must be supported by professional educators. Professional early childhood educators must have a strong scientific foundation on child development and effective learning, be optimistic and approachable, warm, have empathy, spontaneity and flexibility, have expertise in reflection and analysis, have the ability to communicate with, have the ability to lead, play and be able to create fun learning activities, have high imagination and creativity, be able to design programs and carry out learning that refers to the analysis of children's needs, and the ability to continuously assess children's development.
