About the Journal
The Jurnal Pendidikan dan Perhotelan (JPP) is a peer-reviewed scientific e-journal published by the Family Welfare Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). Registered under e-ISSN: 2807-8861, the journal focuses on empirical research and scientific studies spanning two major disciplines: Educational Sciences (covering education vocational, management, culinary, tourism, and hospitality education) and Hospitality Studies (including hotel service management, culinary arts, industry operations, and accommodation management). JPP is published periodically twice a year, specifically in May and November

JPP (Jurnal Pendidikan dan Perhotelan) has been ACCREDITED at rank 5rd (Sinta 5) by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia. It is valid from Vol. 2 No. 1 (2022) until Vol. 5 No. 2 (2025). For year 2025, 2 issues: Volume 5, Issue 1 (May), and Issue 2 (November) are scheduled for publication with 8 articles per issue.
JPP is a scientific journal that contains the results of research on studies in the field of hospitality education in terms of aspects (vocational education, management, culinary, tourism and hospitality) and hospitality science includes hotel service management, culinary, hotel industry operations, hotel accommodation and all the hospitality fields.
