Abstract

In this era digital especially with the introduction of new approaches in education such as deep learning effective communication, collaboration, and integration among various stakeholders are essential. As policymakers, leaders must understand how to implement these innovations, particularly in the context of the 5.0 era. This study aims to analyze how deep learning can be integrated to develop modern leadership models in elementary education institutions. Elementary education is chosen because it is the foundational stage where students begin to master basic literacy and numeracy skills. This research employs a qualitative approach using an in-depth literature study. Data were collected through a systematic literature review. The data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis and validated through source triangulation. The results indicate that integrating deep learning can serve as a strategic tool in shaping modern, adaptive, and data-driven leadership in elementary schools. Thus, it can be concluded that deep learning helps leaders make smarter decisions, while leaders ensure that deep learning is used wisely and effectively—showing that the two are interrelated.
