The development of information technology has transformed the paradigm of educational management. School principals, as educational leaders, are required to possess not only managerial competence but also digital skills relevant to 21st- century education. This study aims to describe the implementation of digital leadership among school principals in developing a 21st-century learning ecosystem. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature review, analyzing various studies, literature, and policies related to digital leadership in schools. The findings reveal that digital leadership plays a crucial role in fostering an adaptive school culture toward technological innovation, enhancing teacher collaboration, and expanding access to digital-based learning. The success of digital leadership implementation is influenced by leadership vision, digital literacy, infrastructure support, and teachers’ willingness to adapt. Therefore, school principals need to internalize digital leadership values to create a learning ecosystem that meets 21st-century demands.
