Transformational Leadership Sebagai Prediktor Literasi Digital Guru: Sebuah Kajian Sistematis

This systematic review aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership as a predictor of teachers' digital literacy through an in-depth review of empirical and conceptual articles published in international and national indexed databases. Digital transformation in the education ecosystem has made digital literacy an essential competency for teachers, while transformational leadership is positioned as a leadership style capable of driving digital capacity change through motivation, support, and empowerment. Using the PRISMA approach, 217 articles were identified from two major databases (Scopus and Google Scholar). After a rigorous selection process involving title-abstract screening, full-text availability, topic relevance, and publication quality, only 14 articles met the inclusion criteria for further analysis. The study results indicate that transformational leadership consistently contributes to improving teachers' digital literacy through mechanisms such as intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, empowerment, collaboration, and building a school climate that supports technological innovation. Bibliometric analysis through keyword co-occurrence mapping reveals the central position of transformational leadership in connecting digital literacy, digital competency, teacher digital skills, and technology integration. This study confirms that transformational leadership is a strategic factor in accelerating teachers' digital readiness. However, methodological limitations in existing studies indicate the need for longitudinal and interventional research to more comprehensively examine causal pathways.
