Private schools face challenges in improving educational quality in the digital era, particularly related to teachers’ digital readiness and the consistency of quality management practices. This study aims to examine the relationship between visionary leadership of school principals, teachers’ digital readiness, and the quality performance of private schools. The study employs an integrated narrative literature review using a systematic selection process to analyze relevant studies published over the last decade. The findings indicate that visionary leadership plays a crucial role in providing direction and support for digital transformation, while teachers’ digital readiness acts as a key factor in translating leadership vision into effective teaching practices. In addition, structured quality management frameworks support continuous improvement in school performance. The study concludes that the integration of visionary leadership, teachers’ digital readiness, and systematic quality management is essential for achieving sustainable quality improvement in private schools.
