Digital transformation in population education has become a strategic necessity in the era of information expansion and global interconnectedness. This article aims to formulate a digital-based population education model through a comprehensive approach encompassing conceptual foundations of population studies, digital learning management, and the construction of a transformative conceptual model. This research employs a qualitative-descriptive design using a literature review method to analyze scholarly works related to population education, digital transformation, and human development policy. The findings reveal three key insights: (1) population education in the digital era emphasizes demographic literacy, critical awareness, and learners’ ability to interpret social realities through digital lenses; (2) digital transformation enables learning and educational management to become more adaptive, efficient, and collaborative, although challenges persist in infrastructure readiness, human resource capacity, and digital inequality; and (3) the proposed digital-based conceptual model positions technology as the foundation for enhancing population quality, expanding equitable access, and strengthening family capacity, thereby redirecting demographic development toward human-centered progress and long-term national sustainability
