This study aims to develop an education financial management system based on philanthropic principles to enhance access to and quality of education. Educational philanthropy is viewed as a strategic approach to addressing funding limitations, unequal access to education, and excessive reliance on a single source of government financing. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method of publications from 2015 to 2025 that examine education financial management and Islamic educational philanthropy. The findings indicate that the implementation of an education financial management system integrating principles of efficiency, transparency, accountability, and philanthropic values can strengthen the financial independence of educational institutions, expand access to education for vulnerable groups, and contribute to the improvement of human resource quality. Furthermore, digitally based philanthropic fund management enhances transparency and public trust. Therefore, a professional, accountable, and socially and religiously value-based financial governance model is required as a foundation for the sustainability of national education.
