Journal Sains Boga is a scientific journal containing various research articles and reviews related to the fields of learning, food processing, bread and cakes, business management, and nutrition and food technology. Journal Sains Boga is published two times a year in May and November with each publication volume containing a minimum of 5 articles. Currently, Jurnal Sains Boga is published by LPPM UNJ with the number of e-ISSN 2622-5557

Manuscript Assessment Process
Any accepted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two reviewers, plus editorial comments. The author is required to revise the manuscript according to reviewer comments and editors. Editor team will process it for later publication.
