About the Journal

JSB : Jurnal Sains Boga is a scientific journal that focuses on research, development and application of technology in the culinary field, with special emphasis on the context of learning, food processing, drinks, bread and cakes, food nutrition and food business management with e-ISSN number 2622-5557.

JSB : Jurnal Sains Boga is jointly published by Universitas Negeri Jakarta and managed by LPPM Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Faculty of Engineering, Culinary Art Education Study Program, and the Forum Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga (FPS-PTBI), under collaboration agreements B/0751/FPS-PTBI/2025. This collaboration reflects a strong commitment to supporting research in the field of culinary studies and its applications.

JSB : Jurnal Sains Boga has been accredited SINTA 5  based on the Decree of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology, Number 230/E/KPT/2020 Scientific Journal Accreditation Ranking period IV 2022 (https://sinta.kemdikbud.go.id/journals/profile/10287) starting from volume 3 in 2020.

JSB has become a member of CrossRef with DOI: https://doi.org/10.21009 /JSB so that all articles published by JSB will have a unique DOI number.

Every submitted article must be written according to the Manuscript Template and must go through initial screening by the editor and a review process by a competent reviewer. Papers that do not meet the basic requirements of the author guidelines will not be processed further.

 

JSB: Jurnal Sains Boga  merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang berfokus pada penelitian, pengembangan, dan penerapan teknologi di bidang kuliner, khususnya pada konteks pembelajaran, pengolahan makanan, minuman serta roti dan kue, gizi, pangan, dan manajemen usaha boga dengan nomor e-ISSN 2622-5557.

JSB: Jurnal Sains Boga diterbitkan oleh Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang dikelola oleh LPPM Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Fakultas Teknik, Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga, dan Forum Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga (FPS-PTBI), berdasarkan perjanjian kerja sama B/0751/FPS-PTBI/2025. Kerja sama ini mencerminkan komitmen yang kuat untuk mendukung penelitian di bidang boga dan penerapannya.

JSB : Jurnal Sains Boga telah terakreditasi SINTA 5 berdasarkan Keputusan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi Nomor 230/E/KPT/2020 Pemeringkatan Akreditasi Jurnal Ilmiah periode IV 2022 (https://sinta.kemdikbud.go.id/journals/profile/10287) terhitung sejak volume 3 tahun 2020.

JSB telah menjadi anggota CrossRef dengan DOI: https://doi.org/10.21009/JSB sehingga semua artikel yang diterbitkan oleh JSB akan memiliki nomor DOI yang unik.

Setiap artikel yang dikirimkan harus ditulis sesuai Manuscript Template dan harus melalui penyaringan awal oleh editor dan proses review oleh reviewer yang kompeten. Makalah yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan dasar pedoman penulis tidak akan diproses lebih lanjut.
