Plagiarism Screening

Plagiarisms Screening

All manuscripts submitted to the COMMUNICATIONS Journal undergo a plagiarism screening process as part of the initial editorial evaluation. Plagiarism checks are conducted using Turnitin prior to the peer review stage.

The journal applies a strict zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism. Manuscripts must meet the journal’s originality requirements, with a maximum acceptable similarity index below 15%. The plagiarism screening report will be shared with authors along with the editorial comments during the manuscript evaluation process.

Plagiarism screening is conducted entirely by the Editorial Board. In addition to Turnitin screening, potential plagiarism issues may also be identified through the peer review process, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of manuscript originality.

All submissions must achieve a Similarity Index below 10%, with single-source similarity not exceeding 1%, before being forwarded to reviewers. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements will be rejected at the editorial screening stage.
