The October 2025 issue, JPPP presents ten scholarly articles that reflect the growing diversity and depth of psychological research in Indonesia. Studies on gratitude, social support, and self-compassion highlight the vital role of positive psychological factors in enhancing individual well-being, particularly among working mothers and university students. Meanwhile, a series of psychometric investigations, including validations of the Body Consciousness Questionnaire, Cyberstalking Scale, and Morbid Curiosity Scale, as well as the development of instruments such as the Counterproductive Work Behavior Scale and Academic Regulation Scale, enrich ongoing efforts to advance culturally relevant psychological assessments in the Indonesian context.
In addition, this issue showcases innovations in psychological measurement and human potential development, featuring the construction of the Student’s Metacognitive Awareness Scale, the Contextual Verbal Creativity Test, and the Readiness for Change Scale for first-year students. Collectively, these contributions demonstrate the intellectual rigor and collaborative spirit of researchers dedicated to strengthening the empirical foundation of Indonesian psychology. Through this edition, JPPP aspires to inspire readers to pursue impactful research, deepen their understanding of human behavior, and bridge psychological science with real-world practice.
