UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PRAKTIK PEMBUBUTAN DENGAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN LANGSUNG DAN BIMBINGAN INDIVIDUAL PADA SISWA SMK DINAMIKA PEMBANGUNAN 1

Differentiated learning focuses on the needs and individual differences of students in learning. Turning is one of the competencies that is much needed. So, schools need to prepare students who are good at turning. Unfortunately, students' active participation in learning is still lacking, so their learning outcomes are less than optimal. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of turning practices in grade XI students of the Mechanical Engineering Study Program at SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 1. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, classroom action research. The research was conducted in May-June 2023 at SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 1, East Jakarta. Learning was carried out in two cycles, starting from planning to reflection. The study results showed that almost all students were actively involved in learning in class (93.3%) and could practice turning correctly (90%). Teachers must make self-corrections and seek colleagues' input to improve the learning process.
