EVALUASI PROGRAM IMPLEMENTASI STANDAR PAUD
Abstract
The evaluation research aimed to acknowledging the effectiveness ofthe implementation
ofearly childhood education standards in Negeri Pembina kindergarten.The evaluation research
is selected as a research method, use the CIPP model from Daniel Stufflebeam. The instrumen
were use in this research is interview, observation, document study and questionnaire and
analisyzing data use the descpriptive statistic and qualitative technique.The result of reasearch
give a conclusion that the implementation of early childhood standards has not been effective.It
was seem from (1) Teacher average graduation of SPGTK, (2) Headmaster of Negeri Pembina
kindergarten garduation of DII PGTK, (3) Negeri Pembina kindergarten has not been the
curriculum, (4) Semester program acktivity and weekly activities plan were order to Ikatan Guru
Taman Kanak-kanak Indonesia (IGTKI), (5) format and contain ofdaily aktivities plan were make
copy paste, (6) Assessment for progress ofchildren were generally for each children. Some aspect
were relative like as, development aspect, utilities and infrastructure.

Abstrak: Penelitian evaluasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan standar PAUD di
TK Negeri Pembina Ende. Penelitian menggunakan metode evaluasi dan model CIPP dari Daniel
Stufflebeam. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, studi
dokumen, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan standar PAUD belum
berjalan efektif, dimana kualifikasi akademik guru adalah tamatan SPGTK, kualifikasi akademik
kepala sekolah setingkat DII PGTK, sekolah tidak memiliki kurikulum, program kegiatan semester
dan rencana kegiatan mingguan/RKM disusun melalui wadah IGTKI, dan penilaian terhadap
peserta didik belum dilakukan secara individu. Tentang sarana dan prasarana, gedung sekolah
didirkan dekat makam, gedung belakang dan samping kanan sekolah berbatasan dengan lahan
yang lebih tinggi menyerupai tebing, alat permainan edukatif/APE dalam ruang kelas dalam
kondisi tidak bersih, tidak diperbarui dan masih ada yang belum sesuai dengan area yang ada. Alat
permainan luar ruang beralaskan lantai belum memperhatikan faktor keselamatan anak.
