PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL MELALUI METODE BERMAIN PERAN
Abstract
This study aims to improve the social skills of children through the method of role
playing in the kindergarten Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto’s Labschool and to
determine the constraints of social skills through role play methods which are given to
children.The research method used was action research method. This study was conducted from 4
March to 20 May 2013.. The analysis method of research using qualitative and quantitative
approaches. The success of the research is concluded with the analysis using the percentage.
Research declared successful if the percentage of social skills assessment> 40 after doing
activities with role playing method. In the second cycle, twenty studentshas increased social skills.
Highest percentage increase in social skills achieved by the subject Yz, at 96.6%. Role playing
learning methods that implemented by teachers with step (1) propose and discuss the situation. (2)
prepare a roleplaying, (3) playing (4) reveals the experience ; have done well. The objectives of
the research has achieved with the maximum expected.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak melalui metode
role playing di TK Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto yang Labschool dan menentukan
kendala keterampilan sosial melalui metode role play yang diberikan kepada anak. Metode
penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari 4
Maret - 20 Mei 2013. Metode analisis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan
kuantitatif. Keberhasilan penelitian ini disimpulkan dengan analisis menggunakan persentase.
Penelitian menyatakan berhasil jika persentase keterampilan sosial penilaian > 40 setelah
melakukan kegiatan dengan metode bermain peran. Pada siklus kedua, dua puluh anak
keterampilan sosial meningkat. Persentase kenaikan tertinggi dalam keterampilan sosial yang
dicapai oleh Yz subjek, di 96,6% . metode bermain bermain peran pada pembelajaran yang
diterapkan oleh guru mempunyai langkah: (1) mengusulkan dan membahas situasi; (2)
menyiapkan sebuah Roleplaying; (3) bermain; (4) mengungkapkan pengalaman;. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini telah dicapai dengan maksimal sesuai diharapkan.
