Peran Yayasan sebagai Strategic Bridge dalam Mengintegrasikan Green Skills pada Kurikulum SMK: Studi Kasus di Kabupaten Bogor

ABSTRAK
Kesenjangan antara kebutuhan industri dan kompetensi lulusan SMK dalam green skills masih menjadi tantangan. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi yayasan dalam mengintegrasikan green skills ke kurikulum SMK dan perannya sebagai strategic bridge di Kabupaten Bogor. Pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus digunakan di tiga SMK. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 8 informan (pengurus yayasan, kepala sekolah, guru), studi dokumentasi, dan observasi, lalu dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasilnya, strategi yayasan terimplementasi dalam empat peran: fasilitator kurikulum, katalisator kapasitas guru, akselerator kemitraan industri, serta evaluator mutu. Peran strategic bridge diwujudkan dengan menjembatani kebijakan makro dan kebutuhan sekolah, serta kompetensi lulusan dengan pasar kerja hijau. Disimpulkan, optimalisasi peran yayasan sebagai strategic bridge krusial mengatasi kesenjangan implementasi green skills di SMK.

ABSTRACT
A gap exists between industry needs and SMK graduates' green skills competencies. This research analyzes foundation strategies in integrating green skills into the SMK curriculum and their strategic bridge role in Bogor Regency. A qualitative case study approach was employed in three SMKs. Data were collected through interviews with 8 informants (foundation boards, principals, teachers), documentation studies, and observations, analyzed using Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña's interactive model. Findings reveal four strategic roles: curriculum facilitator, teacher capacity catalyst, industry partnership accelerator, and quality evaluator. The strategic bridge role connects macro policies with school-level needs and graduate competencies with the green job market. In conclusion, optimizing the foundation's strategic bridge role is crucial to overcoming the green skills implementation gap in SMKs.
