Implementation of Competency-Based Education (CBE) In Health Education: A Scoping Review

Praktisi kesehatan perlu mengintegrasikan keterampilan dan pengetahuan baru untuk memenuhi tuntutan era global. Pendidikan Berbasis Kompetensi (CBE) merupakan alternatif yang menjanjikan dibandingkan dengan pendekatan konvensional. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan CBE dalam pendidikan kesehatan, peningkatan kompetensi klinis, tantangan, dan solusi potensial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Scoping Review dengan lima langkah untuk mensintesis literatur yang ada, diikuti dengan analisis mendalam menggunakan pendekatan Population, Exposure, Outcome (PEO). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dari April 2024 hingga Juni 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CBE secara signifikan meningkatkan kompetensi klinis praktisi kesehatan dan meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran.
