The scientific community and the general public have, for free, unlimited and immediate access to all content published in SARWAHITA as soon as it is published on the Internet. This means that SARWAHITA does not receive any income from selling subscriptions to print or view online versions of its journals or from charging "pay-per-view" fees. The value of SARWAHITA article processing charges (APCs) is $ 0.00.

SARWAHITA publishes all articles in a fully open access format, ensuring that the scientific community and the general public have free, unlimited, and immediate access to all content as soon as it is published online. This aligns with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative.

SARWAHITA does not generate income from selling subscriptions, charging "pay-per-view" fees, or restricting access to its articles. To cover the costs associated with editorial processes, peer review, production, and online hosting, SARWAHITA collects an Article Processing Charge (APC).

  • APC Details:
    • The APC is  IDR 1,000,000.00.
    • APCs are only payable once an article has successfully passed peer review and has been accepted for publication.
    • Submission to SARWAHITA is free of charge, and no fees are incurred during the initial submission or review process.

SARWAHITA is committed to transparency in all author charges:

  • No hidden charges: Authors are not required to pay submission fees, editorial processing fees, page charges, or color charges.
  • Fee waivers: Authors who are unable to pay the APC may request a waiver. Waivers are considered on a case-by-case basis and must include details such as the reason for the request and the time period for which the waiver applies.

This approach ensures that SARWAHITA maintains a high standard of scholarly publishing while remaining accessible and inclusive for authors worldwide.
