Abstract

Kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini  bertujuan  untuk  meningkatkan  pengetahuan  dan keterampilan pengelola dan tutor PKBM di Kecamatan Kramat Jati Jakarta dalam mengolah rempah asal Indonesia  menjadi  minuman  bubuk.  Kegiatan  dilaksanakan  di  PAUD  Permata  Bunda  Jakarta  Timur dengan melibatkan 23 orang sasaran. Pada kegiatan ini digunakan metode penyuluhan interaktif dan demonstrasi.   Hasil  pelaksanaan   kegiatan  menunjukkan   terjadinya  peningkatan  pengetahuan   sasaran tentang rempah-rempah serta pengolahannya menjadi minuman bubuk. Sasaran juga tertarik untuk mengonsumsi  dan memproduksi  sendiri  minuman  rempah yang didemonstrasikan,  yaitu minuman  jahe bubuk, serta mau menyampaikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh kepada orang lain.
