Abstrak

ABSTRACT: This event is aimed to advance their knowledge and skill the community business players food in the village jampang kecamatan kemang kabupaten.Bogor in making packaging and label food.Activities carried out in the auditorium the village meeting jampang, kecamatan kemang, kabupaten bogor jl.Boulevard pool kahuripan on august 16, 2017 by involving 23 people the village community jampang as the.Methods used in the implementation of this activity is a demonstration interactive between speakers with the target. The methodology that was used in the implementation of this activity is a demonstration interactive between the source of information with the target. The training was held good moral and can advance their knowledge of subjects in make label good food and which satisfies the requirements. All participants have high motivation and high spirits to follow the training activity demonstrated by an absence of participants who until ended as the activities.

 

ABSTRAK: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat pelaku usaha makanan di Desa Jampang Kecamatan Kemang Kab. Bogor dalam membuat kemasan dan label makanan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Ruang Aula Pertemuan Desa Jampang, Kecamatan Kemang, Kabupaten Bogor Jl. Boulevard Telaga Kahuripan pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2017 dengan melibatkan 23 orang masyarakat Desa Jampang sebagai sasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah demonstrasi interaktif antara narasumber dengan sasaran. Kegiatan pelatihan ini telah berlangsung dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan sasaran dalam membuat label makanan yang baik dan memenuhi persyaratan. Seluruh peserta memiliki motivasi dan semangat yang tinggi untuk mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan yang ditunjukkan oleh tidak adanya peserta yang meninggalkan kegiatan hingga kegiatan berakhir.
