Abstract

The implementation of digital assessment in Dayah-based schools remains limited because many teachers have insufficient competence in using digital assessment platforms.This community service program employed a structured Quizizz training program, defined as a professional development activity that equips teachers with the knowledge and practical skills to design and implement digital assessment using the Quizizz platform. The program was conducted at SMP IT Swasta Diniyah Darussalam, Aceh Barat, Indonesia, involving 12 teachers through a Capacity Building approach consisting of needs assessment, training, hands-on practice, mentoring, implementation, and evaluation. Program effectiveness was evaluated using a pretest–posttest design and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) questionnaire. The results showed that the average competency score increased from 56.67 to 75.42, with an N-Gain score of 0.43, indicating moderate improvement. All TAM constructs were rated in the high to very high categories, reflecting teachers' positive perceptions of Quizizz regarding ease of use, usefulness, attitude, behavioral intention, and self-efficacy. These findings demonstrate that the Capacity Building approach effectively strengthened teachers' digital assessment competencies and enhanced their readiness to integrate Quizizz into classroom assessment. The training model may also serve as a practical reference for strengthening digital assessment competencies in other Islamic educational institutions.

 

Abstrak

Implementasi asesmen digital di sekolah berbasis Dayah masih terbatas karena banyak guru belum memiliki kompetensi yang memadai dalam memanfaatkan platform asesmen digital. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menerapkan pelatihan Quizizz yang terstruktur, yaitu kegiatan pengembangan profesional yang dirancang untuk membekali guru dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis dalam merancang serta mengimplementasikan asesmen digital menggunakan platform Quizizz. Program dilaksanakan di SMP IT Swasta Diniyah Darussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Barat, Indonesia, dengan melibatkan 12 guru melalui pendekatan Capacity Building yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, praktik langsung, pendampingan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Efektivitas program dievaluasi menggunakan desain pretest–posttest serta angket Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor kompetensi guru meningkat dari 56,67 menjadi 75,42 dengan nilai Normalized Gain (N-Gain) sebesar 0,43 yang termasuk kategori sedang. Seluruh konstruk TAM memperoleh skor pada kategori tinggi hingga sangat tinggi, yang menunjukkan persepsi positif guru terhadap kemudahan penggunaan, kemanfaatan, sikap, niat menggunakan, dan self-efficacy dalam menggunakan Quizizz. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Capacity Building efektif dalam memperkuat kompetensi guru pada asesmen digital serta meningkatkan kesiapan mereka untuk mengintegrasikan Quizizz dalam pelaksanaan asesmen pembelajaran. Model pelatihan ini juga berpotensi menjadi rujukan praktis dalam penguatan kompetensi asesmen digital di berbagai lembaga pendidikan Islam.
