This community service program aimed to strengthen the entrepreneurial mindset of Indonesian Migrant Workers (IMWs) through digital entrepreneurship training. The program involved 26 IMWs employed in the manufacturing sector and residing in South Korea. Data were collected using the Entrepreneurial Mindset Questionnaire, which consists of five dimensions: innovativeness, need for achievement, risk-taking, autonomy, and proactiveness. The training was conducted face-to-face at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in Seoul using interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, and working groups. The results showed that participants demonstrated a positive entrepreneurial mindset, with an overall mean score of 3.26 (SD = 0.35) on a four-point scale. The mean scores for each dimension also reflected a favorable entrepreneurial mindset: innovation (M = 3.35), need for achievement (M = 3.29), risk-taking (M = 3.22), autonomy (M = 3.05), and proactiveness (M = 3.27). These findings indicate that participants exhibited a generally positive entrepreneurial mindset after attending the training, particularly in the dimensions of innovation and need for achievement. The training may support IMWs in exploring digital business opportunities and preparing for entrepreneurial activities upon their return to Indonesia.
